Rick Patton is a seasoned veteran at Mize, having been an integral part of the team since 1982. Over the years, Rick has worn virtually every hat imaginable within the company, gaining invaluable experience in payroll, real estate, investment management, financial statements, tax returns, and more. His diverse skillset and deep understanding of the business make him an asset to the Mize team.
In his current role as a Relationship Manager, Rick focuses on consulting work with McDonald’s Owner/Operators. His responsibilities include assisting with store acquisitions, financing, providing guidance during store transitions, working closely with Second Gens, and strategizing sales to maximize
profitability. Rick thrives on the challenge of finding creative solutions to the diverse range of situations his clients face, leveraging his extensive experience to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Rick enjoys the tranquility of life in the California mountains, where he resides with his wife. They share a love for hiking, exploring the natural beauty of their surroundings, and watching wildlife in its natural habitat. Rick is also an avid golfer, finding relaxation and enjoyment on the greens.
