Ann Hobart brings a wealth of experience to her role as Payroll Manager, having worked at IBM for 15 years before becoming a franchise owner of Hertz Rent A Car with her husband for 16 years. Since joining Mize, Ann has been instrumental in managing the team responsible for processing payrolls, training payroll staff, and overseeing the Quality by Design team, which assists with client onboarding. In addition to her management duties, Ann conducts regular internal trainings, ensuring continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the organization.
